Dreamz GK Infra Builders and developers are one of the best builders in terms of co-operation and support and most importantly no hidden cost or extra charges. Maximum carpet area is provided and also almost all flats have very good ventilation. Very spacious rooms and probably offer the biggest living room compared to other builders in Bangalore. I would like to highlight certain aspects of the transaction which are truly appreciable. I came across an advertisement ad through an newspaper about Dreamz GK Infra and after some time finally decided to call their office and i spoke with Ms Jayrani who gave clear cut information about the project and asked me to visit their office. I was really impressed by the explanation about the projects and new concepts. So I have built a good confidence towards them because for any of my clarifications I can contact a single person at any time. I have been getting satisfactory explanation related to the project commencement and issues. While having a comprehensive discussion on the schedule, plan modification and query handling has given me a sense of belongingness and confidence about Dreamz GK Infra. These are things which built a trustful relationship into me and towards the company. I liked the project location and one good thing was that the flat was under my budget. I like to give my best feedback about Dreamz GK which has shown me a beautiful life path. I came to Bangalore 4 years back. Since then I have been staying in a lease or rented house. Few weeks back I received an e-mail from Dreamz GK regarding their unbelievable offers and prices. I was really surprised by seeing the offers then we went and visited DreamzGK with one of my close friend and our lawyer. From the very first day I have received prompt and courteous response from all the departments and I have been receiving all the updates of the project status and I was really satisfied with the fact that they are delivering as they promised to me. They even delivered all the necessary documents to my home itself. Thank god for my wonderful experience with Dreamz GK Infra. They do have a mix of all the amenities a resident wants like gardens, children’s play areas, nice concrete road, safety for children and since the incoming traffic is only of the residents and normal commuters, it is relatively a calm and quiet area in the evenings and mornings. My wife and I came to conclusion that this could be the better place for my family to stay with lot more amenities. I’m happy that I found a great builder in Dreamz GK Infra and thankful to them for providing an apartment for family to stay happy. They also have a good amount of discount compared to other builders, since they have 50+ projects coming up so they purchase materials in bulk. So its an added advantage for us. The civil engineers were able to suggest & implement minor tweaks, on the run, to the design based on his years of experience that were very beneficial. We have seen several other builders over the years and have always been disappointed at the other builder’s time frames and dishonesty. Everyone at Dreamz GK Infra was friendly and approachable. I even met with the directors of the company who were easy going and helpful people. We will definitely be building with them again on our next project.
We have purchased a flat with Dreamz GK Infra and it has always been virtually a hassle free process with them. My wife and I met one of the sales consultants and were impressed with their principles and felt he was a person of honor that we could trust to build our home and thus it has turned out to be the case. ReplyDeleteWe shopped around for about a year before deciding on Dreamz GK Infra. We went to every possible builder in Bangalore, sometimes repeatedly. Some were great, but expensive, some had beautiful display flats, but the final product was iffy, and some were just plain. With Dreamz Gk Infra we particularly liked their flexibility. And we liked using a local company too. Their service was admirable and we found the company to be approachable. They had no issues with us inspecting the process at any time. We literally cannot find anything to criticize about Dreamz GK Infra.

There are just too many things that I would have to describe about Dreamz GK Infra who i think is splendid. Firstly the communication was at its best and I believe Dreamz GK Infra had all the respect for me as a client. I have checked the model flat and the quality of the house, in my opinion is just too good. I had a look at the floor plan of my project and it seemed to be a well-designed flat, with good space for ventilation. Once you have bought a flat, you cannot do a lot about it and you have to live with it for the rest of your life or the life of the house. So it’s very necessary to be in the hands of a trusted builder and I can confidently say it cannot be none other than Dreamz GK Infra. I salute them for being so patient and tolerant towards me all the time.

Also, the price we paid for our booking of the flat, you will never get it with any of the big builders,because they won’t allow you to. ReplyDeleteWe had signed with a big builder in Bangalore but pulled that back because of poor follow up and reluctance and avoidance to commit to promises made. We did all our homework and realized that Dreamz GK Infra is a builder to trust. We went to their office and liked the design and the idea of their projects and the amenities were very good. The base price was comparatively less and side by side these guys deliver (seemingly) good value. Spoke to one of their directors and all the promises seemed earnest, so we signed up for a flat with Dreamz Gk Infra. Point on point the meetings happened periodically and a perfect relationship started with Dreamz GK Infra. We went for a site visit and had a look at their model flat and even my Dad loves it. Our project consisted of putting a large two-story addition onto our home. It basically doubled the size of our Carpet Area. The general Manager, Sushil Singh, was the most professional/honest general I have encountered. He maintained a positive and respectful working relationship with his team of workers, as well as with us. He showed a strong desire to ensure that we, as the homeowners, were happy with our end result. The addition is fabulous! We were so thrilled with the outcome, we signed a new flat which is going to launch in few month and I recommended two of my best friends to be a part of Dreamz family also.

As senior citizens, when the opportunity came in our life to own a flat, there was only one builder which was stuck in our mind, Dreamz Infra. In the past, we have visited many Dreamz Infra projects, which our friends & relatives have booked in Bangalore and we had made up our mind back then to own a flat from Dreamz Infra. Excellent after care service so far and apart from a few minor issues (which they even solved on-time) we are loving the way our new home would look! We have seen the floor plan of our project and it’s a great design - spacious and well presented with lots of storage space and great extras thrown into the deal. Great value for money. Seeing the construction pace I am very sure that our home will be built earlier than anticipated with have had no major problems and everything has been under budget! ReplyDeleteWe decided to buy a small 2BHK flat as we were retiring but wanted a flat that was roomy. We met the salesperson from Dreamz GK Infra who was very helpful and continued to be so right all through his part of the process. We looked at all different plans and decided on one of the projects. We loved the good principle that Dreamz works with and it would be paid off without a doubt, all the works are going on excellent and with our lovely new home I am sure we can look forward to several years of NO maintenance. We decided as the family had extended to then extend our flat. We were looking for a builder whom we could work together with as we have 3 boys under the age of 3.We chose Dreamz GK Infra Builders and they were absolutely fantastic. Have sorted plans, colors, and prices and are awaiting the start of our build. This is a first home so new to the process and decisions that have needed to be made. Our foreman Mr Simon (G.M) was excellent in getting things done without constant followup from us which is appreciated. Because they fixed little things as we went along we closed with just a few items on a punch list.We had some modifications that we wanted made and Mr Simon was very flexible in modifying the plans. Through his creativity we got several extra items that make our home much more enjoyable.I think the best thing I can say is if we were going to build again, Mr Simon and Dreamz GK Infra would be the first we would contact.”

Their price list was not matched with any other builder and was unbelievable for the quality products included. Very affordable. The consultant arranging our flat has been so helpful and regularly contacts us for updates and again the colour selection appointment was a delightful experience and the attachments were exceptional. I was quoted a reasonable price with Dreamz GK Infra and then I could find out from another well-known builder about their own price of their flats which was significant blow -out from original price what Dreamz GK Infra costs to the actual price. A friend of mine actually recommended us to Dreamz GK Infra. Their sales people were so efficiently friendly, helpful & accurate with design & pricing and I have no doubt that the construction would go all smooth and you don’t even see any gimmicks with Dreamz GK Infra and we have got exactly what we looked forward to at the price we could afford & what we were told originally. We checked out on builders each time and have consistently found we have been blatantly lied to, all exaggerated promises made and model homes all beautifully decorated which distracts from what is a very small home for the price. But with Dreamz GK Infra, most importantly our building supervisor was a perfectionist! He always made himself available to us answered any question, kept us updated. Our house is achieving practical completion in approx 4 weeks from now. The entire process has been very smooth. There was a couple of very minor issues but by the time we saw them our supervisor had already arranged for it to be resolved! Thanks so much Dreamz GK Infra.
ReplyDeleteWe found that Dreamz GK Infra are very well priced without compromising quality and were very fair when adding extras to the home and provided credits for some changes to the plan. We received a quotation from Dreamz GK Infra for our flat, this came as a shock to us after the quotes we had already from other builders which charged more to this. The construction of our house is going on very exciting and the tradesmen were always polite and tidy. Our site engineer is keeping us informed on the progress and expectations. Their sales consultant was very accommodating and he helped us to modify the direction of the main door and according to what we wanted and we can even talk to the Managing Director himself and share whatever questions we have got or modifications we need. I highly recommend Dreamz GK Infra as i have got a good experience dealing with them as a flat buyer.
ReplyDeleteWe had signed up with another very large builder in Bangalore and once we got to final contract stage the price had blown out by over Rs.50k. We lost our booking amount there and then went with Dreamz GK Infra which is a decision we are glad we made. The experience with Dreamz GK Infra was fantastic. Now that the construction has started with our project @ “Dreamz Sahavas”, we find all them on the site are very professional and cooperative. The construction manager and site supervisor are available via mobile or e-mail and respond to your queries very quickly. I cant wait to get the keys and move in and relax in our new home. When we met Mr. Danny from Dreamz GK Infra Builders and he explained the Dreamz process in a way we could understand. The whole building process was relatively stressed free. Every single room, nook and corner reflects who we are, our lifestyle and how we live our life. We had visited so many other builders and I am yet to see another builder who shows the same level of commitment and service! We have signed up with Dreamz GK Infra and booked a flat in one of their projects. From day 1 they were ahead schedule. I am very sure that the project would be completed well within the estimated completion date. Communication has always been at its best without even we had to instigate them and if you look at their almost completed project in Silk Board the quality has to be taken as an example for its purity. It shows how much Dreamz GK Infra shows interest in attention to details. They are always trying to do something better and never have the “that’s good enough” attitude. ReplyDeleteFrom the initial design, to the finished product everything has been great with Dreamz GK Infra. I believe you would have some difficulties during the construction with any builders, but all matters is how they would deal with it. We too had few issues during construction but Simon the supervisor made all run smooth and he fixed everything and finished on time. We have built 4 flats previously with other builders and have never had such a beautifully constructed flat. We would recommend Dreamz GK Infra to anyone who wants an affordable home with an outstanding level of finish.
Being a first time home builder you can imagine the insecurities we felt at the beginning after all, you always hear of horrifying stories of having your home built , ranging from disastrous workmanship to up to and over a year to build, and worse, bad planning and no care attitude from builders. ReplyDeleteBuilding in the Bangalore area, we had a choice between local builders like Dreamz GK Infra and the very big builders. Wanting to cover all of our bases we made inquiries with everyone we could find, and researched hidden costs, site fees etc. We found that although some of the local, smaller builders advertised higher starting costs for a similar offering to the big guys, the overall cost would end up being higher with the big companies when factoring in the higher cost, and whatever other costs may have sprung up along the way. But with Dreamz GK Infra its always have been what they exactly promised. I am very glad with all the services from Dreamz GK Infra.

ReplyDeleteI was warned by a friend that had built his flat with one of the large building company and always faced problems where things did not go according to the plan and that delays were constantly occurring. When I dealt with Dreamz GK Infra I could see that they are based on quality of work rather than quantity. My advice to those that want to build in the future is to make sure your project is finished with the highest of standard rather than finished on time. I am sure Dreamz GK Infra keeps in mind both of that and would ensure it. I can even bet that buying/booking a flat with Dreamz GK Infra, you won’t be disappointed.

Any issues or questions we had could most often be addressed then on the spot. Anything needing more research was usually handled within a day. The house next door was for sale and we liked that floor plan too, but were looking for lake view. The workmanship is excellent. I was initially attracted to see Dreamz GK Infra to have won numerous national & international awards. Upon stepping into their office I was greeted by a very helpful sales consultant, and my journey with Dreamz GK Infra began from there. Once I had a look at their model flat I could see their designs were very modern and bold, with far more standard inclusions than the other major builders. Their staffs were extremely friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the Client Relationship Manager. I was provided prompt and helpful responses to my numerous "newbie" questions regarding the booking processes and many variations. All I am waiting for now is the construction to start and couldn’t be much happier.

They are the builders you want to build with when you are not sure of the exact processes. Dreamz GK Infra’s inclusions are second to none and we found they were on par or even cheaper when you take into account that Dreamz GK Infra fixes site costs and other builders use site costs as a big profit maker, and when you realise how many inclusions other builders miss and how much they charge to include them (keb, bwssb, car parking etc).The whole experience was a delight with Dream GK Infra.

What a wonderful experience!!! All at Dreamz GK Infra couldn't have done more for us. The quality of workmanship is absolutely fantastic. Everyone at Dreamz GK Infra from the top down care about their product and their clients. Initially, when we sat down with the salesman we were able to convey our needs and Dreamz GK Infra were more than willing to change their plans by a bit to suit our needs. All our requests were met with a can do attitude and several times we were offered changes that would make their house our home. From when the construction began so did the rain, the frame went up in record time but the weather played havoc. The calls from their personnel in the office were a great way of keeping us informed. The supervisor was quite happy to meet onsite to discuss any major decisions that happened along the way. We are waiting for the construction to end at the earliest. ReplyDeleteI saw Dreamz GK Infra’s ad about 12 months ago and fell in love with the design. So I have been investigating other builders and other designs which could suit us better, but none came even close to Dreamz Gk Infra. One of the things I liked about Dreamz GK Infra was that they were very upfront about the costs and they also included a number of high quality items as standard. The construction is going to commence from June as they have promised. The whole process so far has been excellent. The client relationship manager in the office is efficient and gets back to me pretty quickly when I've had any queries. The Site Supervisor has been appointed and I will be back here to inform of the progress. Wishing Dreamz GK Infra all the luck in the world.

Dreamz GK Infra and is team doing a great job .As for the build itself it was absolutely stress free which done by workmanship. I was amazed how fast the homes went up and the standard of the finish cannot be faulted. We were welcomed into their office and from there we have had an enjoyable experience from first contact with the salesman through to floor plan stage and then to construction. We have heard some horror stories but we have had plain sailing. Everyone at Dreamz GK Infra has been lovely and helpful and very patient with our many changes which caused a lot of correspondence and several variations which added more time to the contract. Our project construction is almost about to end and Dreamz GK Infra have offered me the option of interior designing as part of the 'package'. I was unaware of this and it is nice attention to detail by them. We have had very good customer service, excellent quality build finish. We always had a high level of construction supervision on our project. Working with architects has been a real pleasure and they all generally show high level of knowledge. I booked my flat about 5 months ago and can't believe how happy I am to do so. I loved the model flat when I first saw it and I think mine would look just as same as that. Although I had built before with another builder, everything was very easy and quick this time in comparison with Dreamz GK Infra. They have helped me get all the things I want in my budget. Given a chance I would definitely build with Dreamz GK Infra again except I hope I live here in Bangalore forever.
I was excited to see Dreamz GK Infra’s passion for home design. What I researched about them was that, while cost was an important consideration the standard of work has also been their priority. My wife got impressed by seeing the world class amenities like Super market, Rain water harvesting, multipurpose hall and lot many things which gave as a good satisfaction among the family. They were provided a budget to maximize the results in the most cost effective manner. Dreamz GK Infra Builders evaluated every expenditure as if they were spending their own money. We loved the results and the value provided.
I spent 2 years talking to different builders and even placed lacs of rupees down with one in order to get the final pricing on a home. After the price came back inflated dramatically from what the salesperson stated and after reading this website and seeing the horror stories of other home owners, I began a diligent search to get a builder that would be easy to work with, easy to get a hold of, and build a quality home at a fair price. ReplyDeleteWe went to Dreamz GK Infra office to talk to of the sales managers there. We had a look at their prices ans the floor plan for different projects. We realized all their pricing was transparent and fair. There has been no hidden fees, no surprises what so ever. I have visited the model flat and it shows the Quality of workmanship all through. Dreamz GK Infra seems very promising to me.

According to me, what is more important for any flat buyer is to get the updates of the construction process and I was kept informed with calls and emails directly from the CRM team of Dreamz GK Infra., who oversees every aspect of the building process. My CRM was a perfect supervisor and she always took every call and answered every question. If I did have to leave a message for her, she always got back to me within hours. Our project is going to end very soon and I am just waiting for the keys to my flat. Thank you Dreamz GK Infra.
